This is a fun, high energy class that will get you sweating! We do lots of strength training, core work, and endurance building. We focus on footwork, isolations, hip hop fundamentals, musicality, and most importantly – personality. This is a great class to explore your fierce self! We cater to all dance levels, and I make sure everyone is challenged but also in a state of emotional bliss. The only thing you will need to bring is an open heart and mind to have the most amount of fun possible. We have a great time learning modern hip hop choreography and bringing our own personal style and flavor to the moves.
