Paxton Hummer is a Canadian circus, dance, and theatre creator. An alumni of Canterbury’s Dramatic Arts program, she continued her performance training in Humber College’s Devised Physical Theatre program in Toronto, ON. Having been raised in a household that founded both the “DanceXperience” and “FeminineXperience”, Paxton was heavily involved in the creative process as a lead choreographer and instructor in the family business.
In 2019 upon relocating to the USA, Paxton started her training in aerial arts and contortion and became a lead instructor at Aerial Arts of Rochester. Here she developed the studios sought after Acro-Chair Dance program along with teaching many other classes.
Paxton recently relocated to Brattleboro, VT to attend NECCA’s Protrack Program majoring in contortion and minoring in dance trapeze. She is committed to mastering the circus performing arts in order to spread knowledge, creativity, and positivity to the world!
