Flexibility Workshop with Stephanie Abrams


Friends! We are very blessed to have Stephanie come for a very special 6 week series.  Please read below for the details! She is AMAZING!! You do not want to miss out on the opportunity to learn from a true master at her craft. 

Mondays 4-5:30pm- Intensive

This is an intensive class for people who really want to increase their flexibility. Stephanie uses active and passive stretching techniques (including hands on pushing and adjustments) to help you improve your alignment and muscle control while increasing your range of motion. Emphasis is placed on splits and backbends.

*All levels welcome, but not for the weary!

$210- 6wk. session Jan. 27- Mar. 3
$35 drop-in rate if space is available

Fridays 4-5pm- Basics

In this 1hr class, Stephanie teaches basic flexibility techniques that really work for anyone wanting to improve their flexibility. This class is a great starting point or addition to your existing flexibility routine.

*All levels welcome, no experience needed!

$180- 6wk. session Jan. 24- Feb. 28
$30 drop-in rate if space is available

Stephanie Abrams is an award-winning performer and director with over 30 years of experience in theatre and circus. She has performed all over the world as a mime and contortionist, written and directed more than 30 original productions, and served as artistic director and dramaturg for many others. Her theatrical work has been performed around New England (wrote and directed A Midsummer Night’s Circus- 2023 Circus Smirkus Tour), Los Angeles, San Francisco, Berkeley, New York City, Washington DC, and in 10 countries including a run at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in 2015. Stephanie’s unique approach to performance training has inspired many professional dancers, actors, variety performers, as well as hundreds of recreational students, and has also helped launch the careers of many professional circus artists. When she is not coaching or mentoring up-and-coming performers, she can be found performing her own unique mime and vaudeville acts around New England and beyond.
