This 5-week series will be an opportunity for kinesthetic folks to practice ancestral healing, reverence, and connection. Bring your body, emotions, scars, gifts, and longings to the altar of the dance floor. It's a potent time of year to move between worlds, to unbind from pain held in your lineage, and receive the gifts of your ancestors.
Wear comfy clothing and bring a journal. No dance or ritual experience necessary.
