The price is $20 per hour (if you are planning on booking consistent multiple hours per month - we can work out a deal for less per hour pending your commitment).

P.S. private rehearsal means you will not be making money from the space or charging others for your services. This is just you (and whomever you’re collaborating with) working on your own art and personal practice.

PERSONAL RENTAL CONTRACT DEALS
This contract requires 30 days notice to cancel and is subject to a cancellation fee up to 50% of the contract balance. ALL contracts are a 3-month commitment autopay.

Contract
16 hours per month - $200 ($12.50/hr)

8 hours per month - $136 ($17/hr)

4 hours per month - $72 ($18/hr)

EVENTS / WORKSHOPS / TEACHING CLASSES (AKA COMMERCIAL RENTAL)

The following rates are for studio rentals for the purpose of running a class, workshop or event. (P.S. This means you will be making money/charging others for the event you are hosting).

ONE TIME HOURLY RATE FOR COMMERICAL RENTAL
One Time Hourly Studio Rental for events or workshops is $35 per hour. If you want a contract for a longer commitment, see the below chart.

COMMERCIAL RENTAL CONTRACT DEALS

all contracts are a month-to-month autopay.

To teach a weekly class in our space, we offer the following:

FIRST MONTH: Free commercial rental to help you get your class off the ground
SECOND MONTH: 50% off commercial rental to help you continue building your student base THIRD MONTH AND THEREAFTER: Full-price commercial rental
